My widget doesn't match the wallpaper perfectly

Three things to check, in order. First: the widget's Position. Long-press the widget → Edit Widget → make sure Position matches where it actually sits (like Top Left). Second: your icon size mode. In Clearwing → Settings, Small/Large must match what you chose in iOS (long-press Home Screen → Edit → Customize). Third: if it's still a couple of pixels off, Clearwing → Settings → Fine-Tune Alignment nudges every crop at once.

I changed my wallpaper and the widgets stopped blending

The transparency is a pixel-perfect copy of your wallpaper, so a new wallpaper needs a fresh capture: screenshot an empty Home Screen page, then Clearwing → Recapture Wallpaper. Takes under a minute.

Why can't I find the app in the widget gallery?

Clearwing's name is invisible on purpose (that's how your widgets get no label under them). In the widget gallery, scroll to the very bottom of the app list: the row with the blank name is Clearwing. The widget names (Clock, Invisible, Countdown…) are all visible.

Widgets look wrong in dark mode

iOS can dim or switch your wallpaper in dark mode. Capture both looks: import one screenshot taken in light mode and one in dark mode. Clearwing automatically shows the right one.

The Daily Line never changes or Apple Intelligence seems off

The AI line is written once a day, on-device, and only on iPhones with Apple Intelligence available. While the model is downloading (or on other devices), Clearwing seamlessly uses its built-in pack of calm lines instead. Nothing is broken; the line still changes at midnight.

Does Clearwing drain battery or use data?

No meaningful battery: widgets are static images plus text that iOS itself renders. And zero data, always: the app contains no networking code at all.

How do I remove everything?

Clearwing → Settings → Erase All Data, or simply delete the app. Either way every stored image and setting is gone; nothing exists anywhere else.
